Pray for those who have lost there family in manglore plane crash

An Air India Boeing 737-800 attempting to land on a hilltop runway in good weather and clear visibility shot beyond the runway, careened over the cliff, and exploded into a fiery wreckage on Saturday, killing 158 passengers and crew in India's worst aviation

According to eye-witness, the plane landed at 6.02am. In a matter of seconds, the pilot seemed to have lost control and sped towards the end of Runway 24, overshooting the sand-bedded safety area of 90 metres. When the Mangalore airport was expanded and the runway lengthened in 2006, some critics had claimed that a 90-metre safety area was insufficient as a 300-metre area was the norm.

Not being able to stop with the 90-metre safety area, the aircraft, barely 2-1/2-years old, plunged 300 metres down the cliff into the forested valley and broke up into flames after hitting a landing aid called the localizer at the extreme end of the safety area.
May god give them a peaceful soul. Government shud investigate and find out the cause of accident so that all these unfortunate things should not happen again.

Hmm…Sherya…I would say that she has a magical voice. The sweetest i have ever heard. her voice connects to the audience with ease. she was just perfection personified in the rab ne bna di jodi track. It always plays on my xpress music . A half (nearly) of my best playlist consists of Sherya’s songs. She just works magic on the listener. i have seen an interview with Sherya somewhere and when asked to sing a bit on air, her voice was equally melodious and perfect even without all the musical instruments and the recording room accoustics. Now that is what a great singer is. They can just do it wherever they sing.
